Bellucci Nails sells press on nail sets. Unless a product description expressly states otherwise, our products include press on nails only. Nail glue, adhesive tabs, application tools, and removal products are not included.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, finishes, shapes, lengths, and details accurately. However, the appearance of colors and finishes may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and device displays.

Some Bellucci Nails products may be handmade or individually finished. Minor differences in color, pattern placement, shape, finish, or decorative details may occur. These differences are not necessarily defects and may be part of the individual character of the product.

SECTION 6: STANDARD SIZES AND FIT

Bellucci Nails press on nail sets are offered in standard sizes. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred available size before completing a purchase.

Because natural nail widths, shapes, and curves vary from person to person, Bellucci Nails cannot guarantee that every nail in a standard size set will provide an exact or perfect fit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the available size options before placing an order. Bellucci Nails is not responsible when a selected standard size does not fit the customer’s natural nails as expected.

Any eligibility for a return, exchange, replacement, or store credit is governed by our Refund Policy.

SECTION 7: APPLICATION, REMOVAL, AND PRODUCT SAFETY

Bellucci Nails does not provide nail glue, adhesive tabs, or other adhesive products with its press on nail sets.

Customers are responsible for purchasing and using their own adhesive products. Bellucci Nails does not manufacture, control, or assume responsibility for adhesive products purchased from another company.

You are responsible for reading and following the instructions, warnings, and safety information provided by the manufacturer of any adhesive, remover, or application product you choose to use.

Do not apply press on nails to damaged, infected, inflamed, irritated, or otherwise unhealthy natural nails or surrounding skin.

Stop using the product and remove it safely if you experience pain, irritation, redness, swelling, or another unexpected reaction. Seek advice from a qualified medical professional when appropriate.

Our products are cosmetic accessories and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Bellucci Nails is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from incorrect application, improper removal, misuse, prolonged wear, use of an unsuitable adhesive, or failure to follow relevant product instructions.

Keep press on nails and related products away from children and pets. Small decorative components may present a choking hazard.

SECTION 8: ORDERS AND BILLING INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order you place with us.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or order. These restrictions may apply to orders that appear to have been placed by resellers, distributors, or unauthorized commercial purchasers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Bellucci Nails is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Shipping concerns, damaged packages, missing items, and delivery issues must be reported according to the procedures and time limits stated in our Shipping Policy or Refund Policy.
