RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Bellucci Nails sells press on nail sets in standard sizes. Please review the selected size, shape, length, design, price, and product details carefully before completing your purchase.
Product photographs may make nails, stones, charms, and decorative details appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Colors may also appear slightly different because of lighting, photography, and screen settings.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information and agree to this Return and Refund Policy.
STANDARD COLLECTION RETURNS
Eligible press on nail sets from our Standard Collection may be returned for a refund if the return is requested within 15 calendar days after the order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for Standard Collection returns. Bellucci Nails does not provide prepaid return labels for returns based on personal preference, incorrect size selection, dissatisfaction, or a change of mind.
The original shipping charge is not refundable unless Bellucci Nails sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
If an eligible return is approved, the customer will receive a refund of the amount paid for the returned press on nail set, excluding original and return shipping charges.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a return, the complete press on nail set must be unworn, unused, free from glue or adhesive, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
All nails and decorative pieces originally included with the set must be returned.
Customers must provide their order number or other proof of purchase.
Press on nails that have been worn, applied, glued, filed, shaped, cut, painted, bent, damaged, or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
Returns sent without prior authorization from Bellucci Nails will not be accepted.
STANDARD SIZES AND FIT
Bellucci Nails press on nail sets are sold in standard sizes.
Natural nail widths, shapes, and curves vary from person to person. Bellucci Nails cannot guarantee that every nail in a standard size set will provide an exact fit.
Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred available size before purchasing.
Incorrect size selection or an unsatisfactory fit is not considered a product defect.
An eligible Standard Collection set may still be returned if the return is requested within 15 calendar days after delivery and the set satisfies all return conditions stated in this policy.
LUXURY AND PRESTIGE COLLECTIONS
All press on nail sets from the Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection are limited products and are final sale.
Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection sets cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged because of personal preference, dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection, an unsatisfactory fit, or a change of mind.
The final sale status of these collections will be clearly displayed on the applicable product page before purchase.
This final sale restriction does not limit any rights provided by law when a press on nail set arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Please inspect your press on nail set immediately after delivery.
If your set arrives damaged or defective, or if Bellucci Nails sends the wrong product, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the contact form as soon as possible.
Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the press on nails, original packaging, and shipping label.
Do not wear, apply, glue, file, alter, or discard the nails before your claim has been reviewed.
If we confirm that the set arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Bellucci Nails will provide an appropriate remedy as required by applicable law. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, this may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Bellucci Nails will pay reasonable return shipping costs when we require the return of a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
Damage caused after delivery by application, filing, removal, misuse, improper handling, improper storage, or an adhesive product is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Nothing in this policy limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
NONRETURNABLE PRESS ON NAILS
Bellucci Nails cannot accept returns of press on nails that have been worn, used, applied, glued, filed, shaped, cut, painted, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Incomplete sets and sets returned without their original packaging are not eligible for return.
Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection sets are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To request a return, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the contact form within 15 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered.
Include your name, order number, the name of the press on nail set, and the reason for the return.
If the set arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, include clear photographs showing the issue, original packaging, and shipping label.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions explaining how and where to send the press on nail set.
The return package must be shipped within seven calendar days after return authorization.
Items sent without prior authorization or after the applicable return deadline may not be accepted.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for eligible Standard Collection returns that are not caused by an error made by Bellucci Nails.
We recommend using a shipping service that provides tracking and delivery confirmation.
Bellucci Nails is not responsible for a return package that is lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to an incorrect address.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless Bellucci Nails sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
EXCHANGES
Eligible Standard Collection press on nail sets may be returned according to this policy.
The fastest way to obtain another set is to complete the approved return and place a separate order for the preferred press on nail set.
Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection sets cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
REFUNDS
We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned press on nail set.
If the return is approved, the eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges and customer paid return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return resulted from an error made by Bellucci Nails.
Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the contact form.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please visit our Contact Us page and submit the contact form as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled after it has entered processing or has been shipped.
If an order has already shipped, the applicable return rules stated in this policy will apply.
Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection orders cannot be canceled after processing has begun because of their limited availability.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We will ship orders within the time stated on our website or communicated to the customer.
If we cannot ship an order within the promised time, we will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
CALIFORNIA REFUND POLICY NOTICE
This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases from Bellucci Nails.
Standard Collection press on nail sets may be returned within 15 calendar days after delivery if all return conditions are satisfied. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless Bellucci Nails sent an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
Luxury Collection and Prestige Collection press on nail sets are final sale. They cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged because of personal preference, dissatisfaction, incorrect size selection, an unsatisfactory fit, or a change of mind.
These restrictions do not limit legally protected remedies for press on nail sets that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
